What you purchase
Pro adds website clicking and click practice. Scrolling, zoom, pointer movement and scroll/zoom practice remain free. Pro is a one-time purchase without a recurring subscription. The price is ₹299 INR for India or $5 USD elsewhere, as shown before checkout. The displayed total includes any applicable tax charged by HandBrowse; your bank may separately apply currency-conversion or payment fees.
Your installation allowance is shown on the Pro page before checkout. A browser profile counts as one installation. Purchases require an account and separate extension activation. Access refreshes online and signed offline use lasts up to 24 hours. There is no free Pro trial or promise of every future upgrade.
Refund requests and payment problems
If you encounter a duplicate charge, cannot activate a verified purchase, or Pro does not work as described on a supported setup, contact /support under Payments & refunds. Include the account email and provider payment reference, not card details or credentials. We investigate requests and arrange eligible refunds through the original payment provider. We do not promise an additional change-of-mind refund or a fixed voluntary refund window; applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Do not pay again to recover access. Check Account after an interrupted checkout; provider verification can arrive later. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. A processed refund, including a partial refund, revokes the associated Pro entitlement and blocks installation refresh; an existing signed offline license may remain valid until its expiry, at most 24 hours after refresh.
